(49) The vinyl cutting blade is set to a depth which is just enough to cut the vinyl but not the paper backing. The spring loading on the arm is adjusted to ensure that the blade does in fact pierce the vinyl and not skid over the surface.
(50) The first item cut (after a few test tries setting everything up) this has now been applied to the door of the control box.

Many router spindles produce noise levels which, with prolonged exposure, will cause permanent hearing damage. Ear defenders should always be worn when using these spindles. Your hearing is precious too. |
